Join our team!

We are building our tribe and are looking for a Marketing Lead! We are looking for a blossoming/aspiring marketing guru to join our small team part time for a few hours a week to kickstart our digital marketing (SEO, ads, and building our online presence) and graphic design.


Who are you?

You will coordinate our social media and produce content and ads, improve our SEO and make recommendations for increasing our reach, and help us to get the word out about our 2022 initiatives.


We are looking for someone to join our team who possesses the following skills and interests:

  • Creative, positive and can-do attitude, an ideas person who loves “Yes, and…”

  • Someone with a flexible work schedule as we will be busier at certain times around programming, and who can operate independently with motivation and drive, reporting to our Director

  • Knowledgeable in social media marketing and SEO is essential

  • Experienced with graphic design

  • A bonus if you happen to be interested in one/some of: the arts, virtual or augmented reality, environmental advocacy, sustainability education, events

  • Ideally studying towards or possesses either an environmental, business, or marketing education, ideally with demonstrated interest in environmental and/or social impact

  • Ideally based in the lower mainland, BC, as our programming is happening in Squamish, BC, but we would consider a completely remote role for the right candidate

  • Must be able to work from home and have your own phone and computer, access to internet, and if based in lower Mainland, preferably drivers licence (own car would be ideal or access to a vehicle).

We aim to create a positive, open learning environment where our team can shine and grow through our initiatives. Expected hourly rate is betwen $18 - $25 as we are open to interns, students, new grads, and also those with a little bit of experience.
